Fisher MC Series Snowplow

Fisher MC Series Snowplow

Built for the big jobs !

Trucks in the 17,000 - 27,500 GVW range, used by contractors and municipalities, require serious plowing equipment when the snow starts to fly. Clearing large parking lots, narrow streets and intersections are just what the MC Series was made for. Available in 9' and 10' blade widths, both are 34" high and constructed of 11 gauge steel.

- Heavy-Duty Features

The 9' blade has two wear-resistant cast iron shoes and four compression type trip springs , the 10' blade has four cast iron shoes and six compression type trip springs. Eight vertical ribs provide structural reinforcement. An 8" center punched reversible cutting edge is standard on both sizes.

- Fast and durable Hydraulics

All of Fisher's hydraulics are built in-house for unmatched speed and durability. Fast. responsive hydraulics maximizes snowplowing efficiency.

- Chain Lift System

Get instantaneous "float" when lowering the plow. Unrestricted, the blade can follow the contour of the plowing surface for a cleaner scrape. Stack snow higher because you're not limited by the hydraulic ram stroke, unlike cylinder lift systems which can only pull the plow up as far as the limits of the cylinder's range.

- Trip Edge Design

Only the bottom edge of the blade trips when an obstacle is encountered. Because the rest of the blade remains upright, plowed snow stays in front of the plow. Fisher's trip edge uses compression type springs which never need adjusting and never get stretched like extension springs, providing the longest life of any spring on the market.

- Minute Mount 2 System

The easiest and most trouble-free attachment system available. 100% mechanical design means no electrical components or hydraulic assist gimmicks to fail. The attachment arms and lower gear are flared, both vertically and horizontally to make the drive-in connection easy.

- Intensifire Lights

State-of-the-art reflective optics provide a smooth wide beam pattern with minimal glare above the lamp, especially during snowfall. 1500 hour, long-life headlamp bulbs minimize bulb replacement over the life of the lamp. Robust, two stud mounting keeps the lamp in its original position even when subjected to the harshest shock and vibration forces.

 - In-Cab Controls

Choose between the convenient hand held Fish-Stik control with power "on" and "float" LED and automatic shut-off or the compact solenoid control. Fish-Stik has backlit directional buttons that provide precise response.

- SnoFoil - the high continuous curve extends the blade to improve snow rolling action and keep snow off the windshield.

- Rubber Deflector -  made of 2-ply rubber, this deflector keeps the snow off your windshield.

- Steel Deflector - deflectors extend the height of your blade to keep snow off your windshield, without affecting your ability to stack snow.
