Side Walls - 1/2" core white fiberglass reinforced plywood (FRP). standard insulation thickness is 3" poured polyurethane insulation.
Front End Assembly - 1/2" core fiberglass reinforced plywood. one-piece thermoplastic dormer and front top radius, with extra heavy steel support and lateral brace for refrigeration unit, stainless steel corner radius, 4" foam insulation, steps and grab handle on front side radius.
Floor - 1 1/4" extruded aluminum with 6" scuffs, 4 drains with kazoos.
Rear Door - insulated overhead roll-up door.
Rear Finish - 5" structural DOT underride with pooched surface.
Rear Frame - exclusive thermal breaks on all floors, threshold and doors, stainless steel construction, built-in clearance light protector and rain deflector, curbside & roadside grab handles.
Roof Assembly - .032" aluminum sheet with 3" foam insulation, seamless glassboard ceiling liner, stainless steel recessed dome light with switch in cab, extruded alum. top rail, alum. Z-posts on 24" centers.
Subframe - 4" foam insulation with wheelpans over tire areas, glassboard subpan over 3" I-beam crossmembers, 4" I-beam longsills, thermal insulation design.
