Original Series liftgates fit most of today's popular models of service or utility truck bodies. The G2 is a heavy-duty dual cylinder design liftgate which fits most service and utility body applications.
 
Lifting Capacity - 1000, 1300 and 1600 lbs. Lifting Capacity - 1300 and 1600 lbs

Original Series:

  • The main frame box contains the electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Full size pump and motor unit
  • A pressure relief valve helps prevent platform overloading.
  • Cylinder mounted flow control valves prevent rapid uncontrolled platform descent in case of hose failure.
  • Range of widths available to fit your truck body, maximizing the body's clear opening.
  • Maximum vertical travel up to 46".
  • A torsion bar is built into each 2-piece platform to assist in closing the platform.
  • Curb side fixed control: toggle style switch, steel shield, deactivating timer.
  • Choice of platform styles.

G2 Series:

  • Streamlined uprights maximize the clear opening into the truck's bed.
  • Liftgate features a lockable platform latch (lock included).
  • The main frame box contains the electrical and hydraulic system.
  • Full size pump and motor unit.
  • A pressure relief valve helps prevent platform overloading.
  • Cylinder mounted flow control valves prevent rapid uncontrolled descent in the event of hose failure.
  • License plate mount is recessed into the main frame box.
  • Liftgate brackets ensure quick and accurate installation.
  • Curb side fixed control: toggle style switch, steel shield, deactivating timer.
  • Choice of platform styles.

- Platform Options Available:

   - Treadplate Steel - standard steel configuration.

   - Extruded Aluminum - comprised of interlocking extrusions of aircraft quality aluminum,  double walled construction for stength, tongue and groove connections.

   - Steel Bar Grating - very stout, exceptional visibility and airflow thru the platform.

   - Gripstrut - has an open diamond pattern on a steel grating, grip style surface.

- Remote Pendent Control - can be specified in addition to or in place of fixed control.

- Rubber Platform Bumpers - provide a cushion between the platform and the ground surface.

- Tire Rack - can be mounted on one-piece platforms, folds down when not in use.

- 2 or 3 light add-on system.
