The Railgate Series consists of expertly-engineered lifts that allow for heavier weight capacities and deeper platforms. The level-ride function and options like cart stops and retention ramps make them ideal for heavy, sensitive wheel-based cargo. High-cycle models apply a steel roller and leaf-chain system to maximize smoothness of motion, endurance and strength.

  • The main frame box contains the electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Full size pump and motor unit.
  • A pressure relief valve helps prevent overloading the platform.
  • Cylinder mounted flow control valves prevent rapid uncontrolled platform descent in case of hose failure.
  • Secure drop-in style latches with platform latch lock.
  • Standard recessed lights.
  • Recessed license plate holder.
  • Extruded aluminum sliders feature polyethylene wear pads and operate smoothly with only lightweight oil.
  • Standard safety trip bar, located below the main frame box, will automatically stop the upward movement of the platform if any object gets caught between the platform and the liftgate frame.
  • Curb side fixed control: toggle style switch, steel shield, deactivation timer
  • Choice of platform styles.

- Platform Choices:

     - Treadplate Steel - both sides of the platform and taper are completely sealed along the full edge of the platform, 6" taper.

     - All Aluminum Liftgate - with extruded aluminum platform.

- Above Bed Liftgate - travels above the bed height of the truck, for lower height trucks to reach higher loading docks.

- Split Cart Stop - intergrated into the platform and spring-activated with lever

- Remote Pendent Control - in addition to or instead of fixed control.

- Rubber Platform Bumpers - provides a rubber cushion between the platform and ground surface.

- LED light system.
