Flatbed, Van & Stake Series

The Original is a single cylinder, parallel-arm design based on a cable and pulley system. This classic design in compatible with flatbed, stake and van bodies and offers a wide selection of platform materials to accomodate most industry applications.

The G2 Series is a dual cylinder, parallel-arm design which utilizes a pair of hydraulic cylinders to raise and lower the platform by applying power to both sides of the lift.

Original Series:

• A range of widths available to fit your truck body, to maximize the body's clear opening.
• The main frame box contains the electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Full size pump and motor unit.
• A pressure relief valve helps prevent overloading the platform.
• Cylinder mounted flow control valves prevent rapid uncontrolled platform descent in case of hose failure.
• A torsion bar is built into each platform to assist in closing the platform.
• Has vertical travel of 50" to fit taller trucks.
• Curb side fixed control: toggle style switch, steel shield, deactivation timer.
• Choice of platform styles available.

 G2 Series:

   - Pendent Control - in addition to or in place of the fixed control

   - Rubber Platform Bumpers - provide a rubber cushion between the platform and the ground surface.

   - Tire Rack - can be mounted on one-piece platforms, folds down when not in use.

   - 2 or 3 light add-on system.

- Available Platform Options:

   - Treadplate steel - the standard steel configuration

    -Extruded aluminum - comprised of interlocking extrusions of aircraft quality aluminum, double walled construction for strength & tongue and groove connections.

    -Steel Bar grating - very stout, easy to close and provides exceptional visability and airflow thru liftgate.

    - Grip-Strut - has an open diamond pattern on a steel-grated grip style surface.
