 Heavy duty, low profile, level ride Railifts are designed to handle today's most demanding distribution requirements

• one piece platform is 42" deep
• Versatile Railift design allows platforms to be lowered below bed height for easy dock loading
• Full width folding platform models are available up to 84" deep and 96" wide
• Easily handles palletized or cart loads
• Lifting capacities are available from 2,000lbs. to 6,000 lbs.

 Key Features:

• Roller bearings on both ends of runners - steel roller bearings for maximum efficiency and reliability. They reduce friction by rolling the load instead of sliding it.
• Emergency brake cables - built in emergency cables as back up system to the lifting mechanism. If tension is lost on the lifting cables, the brakes engage instantly and automatically to stop and hold, even a fully loaded platform.
• Single switch operation - allows the use of extremely simple electrical system. The single potted switch is sealed and is placed in the column so the operator can reach it easily whether on the ground or riding the platform.
• Heavy-duty platform supports - 4" structural support tubes are welded under the platform to resist bending or deflection. This especially important when heavy cargo loads are delivered on wheeled carts or pallet jacks.
• Side lock platform retainers - uses positive locking structural side blocks to prevent the platform from lowering during transport.
